We're looking for a Dental Administrator who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be the first friendly face patients see, the reassuring voice on the phone, and a key part of creating an exceptional experience from start to finish.
No pressure—but you are kind of the heartbeat of our practice.

What You'll Be Doing
Welcoming patients and helping them feel at ease from the moment they walk through the door
Managing schedules, appointments, patient communications, check-ins, and follow-ups. Max Assist will be your best friend!
Keeping the front office running smoothly, including accounts receivable and day-to-day administration
Supporting the clinical team by staying organized and keeping everything on track
Creating a seamless, stress-free patient experience at every touchpoint
What We're Looking For
Experience working in a dental office
A quick learner who loves details and stays organized
The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
A positive attitude and genuine passion for customer service
Someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive team

Monday–Friday schedule with a mix of 7:00 am–3:00 pm and 10:00 am–6:00 pm shifts, plus one Saturday per month (8:00 am–3:00 pm)
