We are seeking a part-time Dental Administrator (Orthodontic experience preferred), who is organized, detail-oriented, confident in communication, and thrives in a progressive patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities
Manage front desk and daily administrative functions
Greet patients and coordinate appointments
Answer phones and communicate clearly with patients
Maintain accurate patient records
Handle billing, payments, and paperwork
Perform general administrative duties as needed to support smooth daily office operations
Handle patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Ensure the office environment remains organized, clean, and welcoming
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year dental or orthodontic office experience required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit. Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
