DENTAL OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR — EVENING POSITION
Great Pay • Quieter Shifts • No Weekend Commitment
Mayfair Dental Centre | Victoria, BC
Are you an experienced dental administrator looking for a part-time position that gives you great pay without taking over your week?
Mayfair Dental is hiring an experienced Dental Office Administrator to join our team and we’re looking for someone who can start immediately!
$38–$40/hour
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
4:00 PM – 9:15 PM
Available immediately
Tracker Dental software experience is ideal or you're a fast learner!

Consistent 3-evening schedule
Excellent hourly wage
Typically a quieter, lower-volume shift
Light administrative duties
A great fit for someone who enjoys a calm, organized dental office environment
No early mornings or weekend shifts
We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous dental administration/reception experience
Is comfortable working independently
Has experience with Tracker Dental software
Is professional, friendly and confident with patients
Is organized and detail-oriented
Can provide excellent patient service while keeping the evening running smoothly
