This position is primarily based at our Mississauga location, with flexibility to work at our Weston office as needed. We are looking for a dedicated professional who is eager to grow, contribute, and build a long-term career with us.
What We're Looking For
Paradigm software certification (required)
Thorough knowledge of dental insurance processing and coordination
Strong experience with payment arrangements and financial discussions
Excellent skills in booking and managing dental appointments efficiently
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
A strong desire to learn, grow and advance within a long-term role
