We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Administrator to join our team at South Star Dental. Specifics about the role:
Job Type: Full-time or part time
Wage range: $22-28/hr depends on the candidate's experience
What you’ll do:
Be the warm, welcoming face of the clinic, ensuring every patient feels valued and cared for
Manage phone calls, direct inquiries, and efficiently book appointments
Maintain and organize the patient database with accuracy and confidentiality
Oversee insurance claims, billing systems, and follow up with insurance companies
Establish and manage office protocols to keep operations running smoothly
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure timely patient flow and office efficiency
