Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally
Verify patient insurance information, manage predeterminations and process payments accurately

Requirements
Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a dental or medical office setting
Proficiency with Power Practice (or similar PMS), Recall Max and Patterson Imaging
Strong knowledge of medico-dental terminology
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism
Office experience in dental administrative roles or as a clinical team member is highly desirable
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Values long-term relationships with patients and coworkers
Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor
Knowledge of insurance verification processes is a major asset
What We Offer:
Permanent full-time position
Competitive wages
Health benefits
Uniform allowance
Flexible holiday scheduling
No weekends or late nights

Some shift changes may be required for holiday coverage, upon discussion with the front office team
