Job Description
Concept Dental is looking for an experienced, confident, and professional Dental Administrator to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and exceptional with patients and communication.
This is a fast-paced office, so we are looking for someone who can multitask, stay positive under pressure, and take initiative.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and checking in patients
Managing schedules and appointment flow
Answering phones and handling patient communication
Insurance processing and billing
Collections and payment processing
Treatment coordination and case presentation support
Maintaining accurate patient records
Working closely with the clinical team to ensure an excellent patient experience
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years dental administration experience
Experience with dental software
Strong understanding of insurance and billing
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Must be reliable, motivated, and a team player
