Job Description
Our expanding office is looking for a dependable, experienced and friendly dental administrator. This is Full time/ Part Time position. Wage is based on experience
REQUIRED DENTAL RECEPTIONIST EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of Tracker is an asset
Expected job duties:
-Experience in optimizing schedule consistently for the dentist and hygienist
- Offer our patients a positive experience in person and on the phone with strong written and communication skills
- Making sure appointments are booked and following up with pre-auths
- Demonstrate ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Billing Insurance and collecting balances, Account receivables/payables
- Recall management/ Treatment Coordination
- Other Dental Administrative duties
