Dental Administrator, SW Calgary

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support, great customer service and maintaining effective communication within the organization. This position is ideal for someone who is familiar with Dentrix and Max Assist. Minimum of 2 years experience is required.

Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting patients and visitors warmly.

Handle phone systems to manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address inquiries.

Support dental reception duties as needed, including patient check-ins and insurance verification.

Operate software systems such as Dentrix for patient management and record keeping.

Skills
Experience working in a front desk role within a dental office is preferred.

Familiarity with phone systems and administrative procedures is preferred.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
