Job Description
We're Hiring – Dental Assistant!
Cataloochee Dental Group is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team! If you're passionate about patient care and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Position Details
Location: Clyde, NC
Office Hours:
Monday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
No evenings or weekends!
Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
Take digital X-rays
Educate patients on oral health and post-operative care
Maintain accurate patient records
Ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control guidelines
Provide exceptional customer service while creating a comfortable patient experience
Qualifications
Dental assisting experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
Current X-ray certification
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work well in a team environment
Dependable, professional, and compassionate
