Our office, Fairfield County Implants & Periodontics, is seeking a talented Dental Assistant to join our busy specialty practice!
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Dental Assistant to become part of our dynamic team. While prior dental assisting experience is preferred, it is not required! We are happy to train the right candidate who is motivated to learn and grow in the field.

Your Opportunities
You will ensure excellent patient service and lift administrative and basic dental tasks off the Dentist’s shoulders. You will be focused on ensuring that the patients' needs, concerns, and questions are answered. You will help keep the patient relaxed and comfortable during their visit, being the patients go to resource during their visit which includes the following:
Welcoming patients to the dental office
Preparing patients for treatment, ensuring their comfort
Set up instruments, equipment, and supplies
Sterilizing instruments according to regulations
Assisting the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
Providing oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
Keeping the dental room organized and well-stocked
Maintaining accurate patient records
You must also have the following:
Must live within 25 miles of the office
Willingness to learn
Understanding of health & safety regulations
Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks
Excellent communication and people skills
Detail orientated
Well-organized and reliable
A high school diploma

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Fairfield County Implant & Periodontics, LLC is currently interviewing for a Dental Office Manager & a Dental Hygiene Coordinator. Our periodontal practice is located in a historic, free standing, recently renovated building in the center of downtown Fairfield. We are a state of the art dental practice and teaching facility.
