Job Description
Dental Assistant no experience needed (Chairside)
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Dental Assistant to join our team. The position is mainly chairside assisting, helping the dentist during procedures and ensuring excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures
Prepare and organize instruments and materials needed for treatments
Take and develop dental X-rays (if certified)
Maintain a clean and sterile environment following infection control protocols
Record treatment information accurately in patient charts
Support with sterilization of instruments and operatory turnover
Assist in maintaining dental supplies and inventory
Requirements:
No graduation from a dental assistant school required
We can help the right candidate complete the HARP (Dental X-ray Safety) certification and sterilization training course
Good communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work well as part of a team
Previous dental experience is an asset but not mandatory
