Dental Assistant

Key Responsibilities
Prepare dental treatment rooms, instruments, and supplies before patient appointments.

Required Qualifications
Current Tennessee Dental Assistant Registration
Dental Radiology Certification
Current CPR Certification
Valid Driver's License
Assist the dentist using four-handed chairside techniques during dental procedures.

Clean, disinfect, and sterilize operatories and instruments following each patient visit.

Provide post-treatment instructions and oral health education to patients.

Take and process dental radiographs while adhering to infection control and radiation safety standards.

Maintain dental equipment, including autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, and dental unit water lines.

Monitor inventory, track expiration dates, and assist with ordering dental supplies.

Accurately document patient information in both electronic and paper dental records.

Support clinic productivity goals while maintaining high-quality patient care.

Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to ensure efficient patient flow and address operational needs.

Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
