Dental Assistant

```Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. You will assist the dentist during procedures, perform administrative tasks, and ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our patients. Duties: - Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations and procedures - Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment - Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Take and record patient medical histories - Take and record vital signs of patients - Provide post-operative instructions to patients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records - Schedule patient appointments and manage the dental office calendar - Assist with dental receptionist duties as needed Experience: - Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred - Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental software is a plus - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance - Familiarity with medical terminology and dental procedures - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment If you are a dedicated Dental Assistant looking for an opportunity to contribute to a positive patient experience, we would love to hear from you.
