Pines Dental Aesthetics is looking for our next rockstar Dental Assistant! Someone with an amazing personality, positive energy, strong work ethic, and a natural ability to work as part of a team. We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, efficient, and able to anticipate the doctor’s needs while keeping the clinical day running smoothly.

What we’re looking for:
Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Experience with Eaglesoft preferred
Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and proper operatory setup
Excellent four-handed dentistry skills
Ability to take quality digital X-rays and intraoral scans
Strong sterilization and infection-control knowledge
Excellent organization and time-management skills
Ability to anticipate the doctor's needs during procedures
Comfortable assisting with restorative, cosmetic, surgical, implant, and orthodontic procedures
Dependable and punctual
Warm, professional, and confident with patients
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Able to take initiative and work efficiently without constant direction
