Dental Assistant Needed at Cortez Family Dentistry
Location: Cortez Family Dentistry, Cortez Colorado
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about oral health care, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. As a Dental Assistant at Cortez Family Dentistry, you will work closely with our dentists and hygienists to assist in various dental procedures and ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting dentists and hygienists during dental procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms for patient procedures
- Sterilizing and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
- Taking dental x-rays
- Providing patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Performing administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience highly preferred
