Dental Assistant

Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)
Stiles Family Dentistry is seeking a friendly, experienced, and dependable Certified Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and is willing to contribute wherever needed to help our practice provide an exceptional experience for our patients.

Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during a variety of general dentistry procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
Take digital dental radiographs
Maintain accurate patient records
Provide excellent patient care and help patients feel comfortable throughout their visit
Assist hygienists as needed
Help with front office responsibilities, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and checking patients in and out when needed
Perform additional duties as needed to support the team
Qualifications
Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)
Current X-ray certification
Current CPR certification
Experience assisting with general dentistry procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
Compassionate with a positive, patient-focused attitude
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Dentrix Ascend is preferred but not required

Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Dental Assisting: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
Certified Dental Assistant License (Preferred)
NC X-Ray Certification (Preferred)
