Dental Assistant

Airway Dental & More is a patient-centered dental practice focused on airway health, comprehensive care, and long-term wellness. We are seeking a Dental Assistant who is reliable, attentive, and passionate about supporting exceptional clinical care while helping patients feel comfortable and cared for.

What You’ll Do
Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to ensure efficient patient flow
Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols
Take digital X-rays and impressions (as permitted by certification)
Support airway-focused and comprehensive treatment procedures
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients before, during, and after treatment
Provide pre- and post-operative instructions and reinforce patient education
Accurately document patient information and treatment notes
Work closely with the doctor and team to maintain a calm, organized clinical environment
What We’re Looking For
Dental Assistant Certification (Required)
At least 2 years of dental assisting experience required
Strong communication skills and a professional, caring demeanor
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Commitment to high standards of care and continuous improvement

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
