Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Assistant and play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care! Duties
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up dental tools, and ensuring all supplies are ready for procedures
Assist dentists during various treatments including cleanings, fillings, crowns, orthodontics, and pediatrics
Take dental radiographs (X-rays) when necessary
Manage patient records accurately using dental software such as Open Dental to ensure seamless documentation
Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and offering post-treatment instructions
Support front desk operations by greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and handling insurance paperwork as a dental receptionist when needed
Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and medical terminology standards to ensure safety and compliance
Experience
Familiarity with dental software platforms such as Dentrix highly advantageous
Knowledge of orthodontics and pediatrics treatments enhances your ability to assist effectively
Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dental care is essential
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide outstanding patient service
