Dental Assistant

Musselman Dentistry is looking for an experienced, dependable Dental Assistant to join our small, close-knit team!

What You'll Do
This is primarily a clinical/back-office position, with opportunities to help with front-office tasks when needed.

Chairside assisting
Bringing patients back and preparing them for treatment
Taking dental X-rays
iTero scanning
Making temporary restorations
Applying topical anesthetic
Operatory setup and room turnover
Sterilization and instrument processing
Keeping operatories clean, stocked and organized
Helping maintain smooth patient flow
Assisting with phones, greeting patients and scheduling when needed
Pitching in wherever the team needs help
What We're Looking For
Previous dental assisting experience
Current Arizona X-ray certification required
Comfortable taking dental X-rays independently
Strong clinical assisting skills
Comfortable with sterilization and room turnover
Friendly, professional and confident with patients
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Dependable, organized and able to take initiative
Someone who enjoys being part of a small team
Willingness to help wherever needed

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 33.0 per week
