Experienced Dental Assistant
We are seeking a skilled, experienced dental assistant to join our busy, high-level practice. This is NOT an entry-level position, and we do NOT have time to train. Candidates must be confident, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced clinical environment without constant direction.
REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
3–5 years of dental assisting experience
Proficient in diagnostic X-rays
Strong understanding of dental terminology & tooth anatomy
Ability to anticipate the doctor and stay one step ahead
Experience with:
Impressions & temporaries
Crown and restorative procedures
Surgical assistance
Digital scanning (iTero / TRIOS preferred)
Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient under pressure

Someone who can step in and perform at a high level from day one
Professional, reliable, and focused
POSITION DETAILS:
Full-Time & in-person
$25–$35 per hour, based on experience and skill level
Busy, multi-provider practice with a strong clinical pace
