Job Description
Duties
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Perform dental charting and recordkeeping
- Assist with dental receptionist duties as needed
Experience
- Proficiency in infection control protocols and aseptic technique
- Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft
As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. We are also open to applicants with limited experience in the dental assisting field as we are always happy to be teaching new passionate team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
