Job Description

Dental Assistant
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced dental office. The ideal candidate should be patient-focused, soft-spoken, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Dental knowledge is required, and experience with dental administration and practice management software will be considered an asset.

Languages Preferred: English, Hindi, and Punjabi.

Responsibilities
Chairside dental assisting
Sterilization of instruments and equipment in accordance with IPAC guidelines
COVID-19 patient screening procedures
Opening and closing clinic duties
Maintaining sterilization records and clinic documentation
Supporting daily clinical operations
Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Dental Assistant certification or dental background preferred
Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
IPAC certification preferred
CPR certification preferred
HARP certification preferred
Experience with dental software is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience

Experience:
Dental Assisting: 1 year (preferred)
Dental Assistants: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Certified Dental Assistant (preferred)
