Experienced Dental Assistant in Bedford, NH
Wellspring Dental Group | Monday–Thursday
Wellspring Dental Group is looking for an experienced Dental Assistant with strong leadership skills to join our Bedford team. If you’re a self-starter who anticipates what needs to be done, takes ownership of your work, and enjoys helping your teammates succeed, we’d love to meet you.
Our ideal candidate brings confidence, organization, and a thoughtful approach to patient care. Previous lead dental assistant experience is highly valued, and experience with implants and PRP is a plus.
What you’ll do:
Provide chairside assistance while helping patients feel comfortable and supported.
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials, anticipating the needs of the provider and the day’s schedule.
Help keep the clinical day organized through clear communication with providers, fellow assistants, and the front office.
Maintain sterilization, infection control, and clinical supply organization.
Support timely clinical documentation and coordination of patient follow-up.
Lead by example, support fellow assistants, and take initiative to identify and address tasks that need attention.
What we’re looking for:
Previous dental assisting experience.
Strong leadership skills or prior experience as a lead dental assistant.
A dependable, proactive approach with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
The ability to prioritize, adapt, and work collaboratively in a busy practice.
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient care.
Experience with dental implants and PRP (platelet-rich plasma) procedures is a plus.
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation based on experience.
