Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about dentistry and patient care.
Duties:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures, ensuring efficient and smooth operations
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
- Perform infection control procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care instructions
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
- Provide support in pediatric dentistry, including working with children of all ages
General Hours:
Monday 10:30-7:00
Tuesday 10:30-7:00
Thursday 7:30-4:00
Friday 7:30-1:00
One Saturday per month. 7:30-12:00
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $28.00 per hour
