Job Description
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled RDA(back Lead) or Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing high-quality dental care to our patients. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures and excellent patient care skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Set up and prepare equipment and instruments
- Take dental radiographs (x-rays)
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
- Prepare materials for impressions and restorations
- Communicate with suppliers ( Keeping a log of all supplies ordered)
**Qualifications:**
- Certification or associate degree in Dental Assisting/ RDA preferred but open to a DA
- X-ray certification preferred
- Proficiency in Dentrix
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and HIPAA regulations
- Experience with aseptic technique, infection control, and medical documentation
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM technology is a plus
