We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about dental health, patient care, and working in a collaborative environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
- Take dental X-rays.
- Provide patient care and instruction before, during, and after procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Manage dental supplies and inventory.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the front office as needed.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Dental Assistant certification from an accredited program.
- X-ray certification.
- CPR certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with dental practice management software - Tracker.
