Dental Assistant

We are an independent, family-owned private practice dental office looking to add an experienced dental assistant to our team. Our office is fast-paced and as such we are looking for someone who excels in a busy dental office and can work well within a team.

Duties:

- Assist the doctor during procedures, including restorative, surgical and endodontic. We are a general office that performs all aspects of dentistry.

- Digital scanning (we can train this)

- Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment

- Cross training is helpful

-Collaborate with practice team to ensure optimum patient satisfaction
Requirements:

-Must have a Massachusetts Dental Assistant License and Radiology certification

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
