Join our growing dental team at Our welcoming dental office! We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant who enjoys teamwork and delivering excellent customer service. We are a welcoming, fast-paced office focused on family dentistry, implants, prosthodontics, digital dentistry, and comprehensive patient care. We’re looking for a team member with a great attitude who is flexible, eager to help both front and back office when needed, and excited to learn new skills.
Position: Full-Time/ Part time Dental Assistant
Location: Lake Forest Park, WA
Responsibilities
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized, and sterile clinical environment.
Assist the doctor chairside during a variety of dental procedures including restorative dentistry, extractions, crowns, dentures, implant procedures, and other general dental treatments.
Take digital X-rays and assist with scans/impressions.
Ensure proper infection control and sterilization protocols are followed.
Help patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and informed throughout their visit.
Support scheduling, patient flow, and front desk as needed.
Assist with treatment presentation and coordination when needed.
Work closely with the doctor and team to maintain smooth daily operations.
Be open to learning and assisting with digital dentistry workflows including scanners, digital records, and modern technology.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude, professionalism, and team-first mindset
Comfortable working in both clinical and front office support as needed
Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend is a strong plus
Experience with digital X-rays and dental software preferred
Interest in or willingness to learn digital dentistry
Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with implants, prosthodontics, or specialty dentistry is a plus but not required
