Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Assist dentists during examinations and procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials.
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed by the dentist.
Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment plans.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
Proficiency in medical terminology related to dentistry.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Certification in dental assisting or relevant qualifications is preferred
