Key Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for dental examinations and procedures to ensure comfort and readiness
Assist dentists and dental hygienists during various dental procedures
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
Sterilize and organize dental instruments and equipment
Provide patient education on oral health and post-treatment care
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming clinical environment
Pay & Schedule
Competitive starting wages based on experience and qualifications
Full-time, Monday–Friday
In addition to competitive pay, full-time employees accrue up to 200 hours (5 weeks) of PTO per year. Employees also enjoy employer retirement match contributions and early Friday clinic closures, supporting a strong work-life balance.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; dental assisting certification preferred
Previous experience in a dental office or clinical setting is advantageous
Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization techniques
Proficiency in taking and processing dental X-rays
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to follow infection control protocols meticulously
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
