Job Description:
Your day-to-day will include:
· Being the right hand to our endodontist during procedures (root canals, surgeries, and everything in between)
· Prepping treatment rooms and keeping our sterilization game strong (OSHA and CDC compliant, always)
· Taking digital X-rays and CBCT scans like a pro
· Making patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit
· Setting up and breaking down operatories efficiently between appointments
· Maintaining equipment, managing inventory, and keeping us organized
· Getting exposure to advanced techniques and technology that most practices don't use
What We're Looking For:
Must-haves:
· Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent with an active Massachusetts license
· Dental X-Ray Certification
-Radiology Certification
· At least 1 year of dental assisting experience (preferred but not required)
· Great communication skills and a friendly, professional presence
· Ability to stay calm and focused when things get busy
· Commitment to maintaining top-notch infection control standards
Nice-to-haves:
· Experience in endodontics or surgical assisting
· A genuine interest in learning and growing professionally
· Enthusiasm for working in a teaching-focused environment
