About us
DentalVille is a dentist-owned general practice in Oakville with a close-knit team. We're looking for a Level I/ HARP certified Dental Assistant who communicates well with patients and wants to be part of a team that supports each other.
What you'll do
Assist the dentist chairside during surgical and restorative procedures, as well as general dentistry
Expose radiographs as prescribed
Set up, turn over, and stock operatories
Carry out instrument reprocessing and infection control to current IPAC standards
Keep accurate chart entries in our practice management software
Work with the front desk to keep the day running on time
What we're looking for
HARP certification
At least 1 year of chairside experience in a dental office
Experience assisting with oral surgery and restorative procedures
Strong working knowledge of IPAC protocols
Current CPR certification
A reliable, friendly team player
Experience with Akitu One is an asset, but we're happy to train
