Dental Assistant (Boutique, Patient-First Practice – No Fridays!)
Practice: Lemon Family Dental
Location: Olympia, WA (Westside / Near Olympia Medical District)
Employment Category: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Enjoy a 3-Day Weekend Every Week!)
Compensation: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Operating out of an intimate, ultra-efficient 4-operatory facility (2 restorative ops, 2 hygiene ops), we focus on quality over quantity. We believe that a healthy smile starts with a healthy work environment. We completely reject burnout culture. Our schedule is highly optimized to run from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, meaning your weekends start the moment you clock out on Thursday afternoon.
Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Chairside Assistance: Partner directly with our doctors to provide seamless chairside support during general, restorative, endodontic, and oral surgery procedures.
Clinical ExcellenceSafety: Prepare, breakdown, and meticulously sterilize clinical operatories and dental instrumentation utilizing strict aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
Patient Advocacy: Welcome patients with a warm, empathetic chairside manner, taking high-quality digital X-rays, and keeping anxious or phobic patients completely at ease.
Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain perfect, real-time clinical documentation, procedural records, and accurate digital dental charting.
Collaborative Teamwork: Work hand-in-hand with our hygiene column and front-office team to keep the 4-op tracking fluid and efficient.
Qualifications We Are Looking For:
Valid Washington State Dental Assistant registration/licensure (or in the final stages of completion).
Current CPR/BLS and Radiology certifications.
Experience level: Experienced DAs are highly valued, but passionate new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply! We are fully prepared to invest in training the right individual.
Strong baseline knowledge of dental terminology, clinical instrumentation, and dental anatomy.
A naturally positive, adaptable attitude with a deep commitment to continuous professional growth.
