Job Description
Dental Assistant Smile Charlotte
Pay: $25–$30/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

What You’ll Do:
Assist the dentist during procedures using 4-handed dentistry
Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
Help patients feel comfortable and cared for
Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
Take care of charting, records, and patient flow
Support scheduling and daily office operations
Perform expanded duties if certified
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of dental assisting experience preferred
CDA or RDA certification required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with Dentrix or Eaglesoft preferred
EFDA or radiology certification is a plus
