Dental Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures and help ensure a smooth patient experience in a fun environment for children.

Duties

- Prepare patients for dental work

- Sterilize and organize dental instruments

- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs

- Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral healthcare

- X-ray certification

- Maintain accurate patient records

- Coronal Polishing Certification

- Sealants
Qualifications

- Prior experience in dental assisting

- Knowledge of dental imaging techniques

- Familiarity with medical terminology, coding, and documentation

- Experience working with pediatric patients is a must
