Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will support the dental team by providing exceptional patient care, assisting with clinical procedures, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Experience with dental software Tracker. Need to be flexible to work between three locations (two offices in Brampton) This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth within a professional dental environment committed to delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments in accordance with infection control protocols
Assist the dentist during various procedures, including surgical extractions, implants, endo.
Take and develop dental radiographs using CAD technology when necessary
Manage patient records using Tracker.
Provide patient education on oral health and post-treatment care
Ensure patient comfort and address any concerns during visits
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
Qualifications
Proven experience in dental assisting, with knowledge of dental procedures
Familiarity with Tracker.
Knowledge of CAD for digital imaging or restorative procedures is a plus
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Certification in dental assisting level II is required
A professional attitude with a commitment to providing excellent patient care
Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
