Job Description
We’re growing and looking for a friendly, dependable Dental Assistant to join our family owned dental office (not corporate)! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced office, love helping patients feel comfortable, and take pride in being part of a team, we’d love to meet you.
We have an established patient base, modern technology, and a team that genuinely enjoys working together. We’re looking for someone who is organized, positive, and ready to jump in wherever needed to help our patients receive exceptional care.
Responsibilities
-Prepare treatment rooms for patient care
-Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
-Take high-quality digital dental X-rays
-Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols
-Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
-Greet and seat patients, helping create a welcoming experience
-Complete accurate clinical chart notes and documentation (we have pearl- ai to also help with note taking!)
-Stock operatories and assist with daily clinical setup and breakdown
-Support the clinical team to keep the schedule running efficiently
Qualifications
At least 1 year of dental assisting experience required

Schedule
Monday – Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Beginning in 2027: Every other Friday off
Experience Required:
Dental Assisting: 1 year (Required)
Would prefer someone who has used Eaglesoft, but open to training if needed!
