Dental Assistant

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist dentists in providing high-quality dental care to patients. This position offers an opportunity to work in a friendly and rewarding environment.

Duties:

- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs

- Prepare patients for dental procedures by welcoming, comforting, seating, and draping patients

- Maintain instrumentation for dental procedures by sharpening, sterilizing, and selecting instruments

- Educate patients by giving oral hygiene and plaque control instructions
Requirements:

- Proficiency in aseptic technique to maintain cleanliness and prevent infection

- Bilingual in Mandarin a plus

- Knowledge of dental receptionist duties such as scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries a plus

- Ability to take intra oral x ray
