We are seeking a reliable and energetic Dental Assistant to join our growing clinical team. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, supporting our dentists during clinical procedures, and ensuring a welcoming, sterile environment for every patient. A strong candidate will be cross-trained in dental front office operations.

Job Duties
Chairside Assisting: Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures using proper four-handed dentistry techniques.

Patient Care: Prepare patients for treatments, ensure their comfort, and obtain dental records, digital X-rays, and vital signs.

Infection Control: Sterilize instruments, disinfect treatment rooms, and strictly follow OSHA, CDC, and infection control protocols.

Lab Work: Mix dental materials, take dental impressions, and pour diagnostic teeth molds.

Office Support: Assist with patient scheduling, updating electronic health records, and managing clinical supply inventory.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited Dental Assisting program is preferred.

Certifications: Active State Dental Assistant Registration and X-ray/Radiography certification required. Current CPR/BLS certification.

Technical Skills: Experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and digital imaging.

Physical Requirements: Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to stand or bend for long periods.

Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, active listening, and a compassionate bedside manner for anxious patients.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
