Dental Assistant

Better Way Dental & Implants is a modern, family-owned dental practice looking for a dependable, motivated Dental Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance and mutual fit.

Our modern office uses advanced dental technology and offers a wide range of services, including dental implants, IV sedation, oral surgery, and comprehensive restorative dentistry.

Responsibilities
Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols
Take dental X-rays as qualified and permitted
Help ensure patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visits
Keep operatories organized, clean, and properly stocked
Support efficient daily clinical operations
Assist with procedures including hygiene, restorative dentistry, extractions, implants, and IV sedation as trained and qualified
Qualifications
Previous dental assisting experience not required--we are happy to train the right fit!

Washington State dental assisting registration or eligibility to obtain required credentials
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced clinical environment
Commitment to patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality
