Dental Assistant – Private Practice (Unbeatable Hours & 4-Day Weekends!)
Location :Boulder, CO
Position Type: Full-Time (Monday – Thursday)
Office Type: Single-Doctor, Private Practice

This rare opening is only available because our wonderful current assistant is relocating! We are looking for the perfect fit to join our small, supportive team.

"Easy Hours" & No Fridays: Work Monday through Thursday from 7:45 AM to 3:25 PM. You’re home in time for an early dinner every day!
4-Day Weekends: You already get a 3-day weekend every week, but once a month, we schedule a 4-day weekend so you can truly unwind and recharge.
Paid Time Off (PTO): Earned time off to use for vacation or personal days.
Single-Doctor Environment: No bouncing between multiple providers or managing chaotic schedules. Just a focused, calm pace with one doctor.
Key Responsibilities
Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
Prepare, break down, and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments.
Take high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays).
Welcome patients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable and cared for.
Manage dental supplies and assist with ordering when necessary.
Collaborate closely with our small team to keep the day running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Previous dental assisting experience is required
Team Player: Because we are a small team, a positive attitude, reliability, and excellent communication skills are non-negotiable.
Patient-First Mindset: A warm, empathetic demeanor to keep our patients smiling.
