We’re seeking an experienced and driven Dental Assistant to join our high-performing surgical team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and love helping patients feel calm and cared for, you’ll thrive here. Candidates with prior leadership or mentoring experience are highly encouraged to apply.
This is an opportunity to use your skills at a high level, assisting in complex procedures, keeping things running smoothly, and supporting an elite patient experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist periodontists during surgical and non-surgical procedures.
Greet and guide patients with professionalism and compassion.
Capture X-rays and CT scans; assist with digital charting and clinical documentation.
Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean, efficient workspace.
Support the clinical team in creating a smooth, organized, and timely workflow.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of dental assisting experience required.
Prior leadership or mentoring experience is a major plus.
Radiology certification preferred.
Experience with Dentrix is ideal, but not required.
Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
A calm, confident presence, especially in surgical settings.
Tech-comfortable and eager to learn (Microsoft Office, digital imaging, CBCT, etc.)
