Job Summary: Northland Dental Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care, works well in a fast-paced environment, and has experience in general dentistry.

Position Details:
Full-time position
4-day work week
Pay: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)
Friendly and supportive team environment
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during general dental procedures
Prepare and sterilise instruments and treatment rooms
Take dental X-rays and maintain patient records
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Ensure patient comfort throughout procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the office
Follow all OSHA and infection control guidelines
Qualifications:
Experience in general dentistry preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently
Knowledge of dental software and digital X-rays is a plus
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
