Job Description
Serve as chairside dental assistant to dentists as an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant (EDDA) or a surgical assistant, providing four hand dental assisting as needed.
Greet, seat, and schedule patients as needed.
Maintain stock of supplies throughout the clinic, and order as needed.
Stock, prepare, organize, break down and clean operatories.
Sterilize clinic instruments following appropriate infection control procedures.
Take radiographs as needed.
Maintain HIPPA, OSHA and Infection Control compliance at all times.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED and two or more years of dental assisting experience. Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) or Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary (EFDA), radiology certification, CPR certification
