Dental Assistant (Reading, PA) - $18–$21 per hour
American Dental Solutions is seeking a confident, patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our trusted and long-established dental team in Reading, PA area. About the Role:
In this role, you will support our General Dentist with hands-on clinical care, patient communication, and daily chairside duties in a high-energy office. Key Responsibilities:
Provide chairside assisting during dental procedures
Capture high-quality dental X-rays (must be X-ray certified)
Prepare materials, instruments, and treatment rooms
Educate patients on procedures and post-care instructions
Update patient records and support Dentrix documentation
Assist with sterilization and infection control protocols
Support the dentist and team with daily clinical flow
Qualifications:
PA Registered Dental Assistant (required)
2+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant
X-ray certification (required)
Familiarity with Dentrix (preferred but not a requirement)
Strong communication and patient care skills
Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
Compensation:
$18–$21 per hour
Monthly performance bonuses
Flexible schedule (4-day or 5-day workweek)
No nights. No weekends. Ever.
