Job Description
Job Title: Dental Assistant
Location: Northside Dental Group – Clinton, MS
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: Starting pay based on experience in the dental field

Northside Dental Group is a growing general dental practice located in Clinton, MS. We’re expanding our office, adding operatories, and investing in modern technology, and we’re looking for a dependable, patient-focused dental assistant to grow with us. We believe in treating patients like neighbors and treating our team like family.
What You’ll Do
Seat patients, review medical histories, and keep them comfortable throughout their visit
Assist the doctor chairside with restorative, surgical, endodontic, and other general dentistry procedures
Take radiographs and intraoral photos/scans
Prepare, break down, and sterilize operatories and instruments following OSHA and infection-control standards
Take impressions and fabricate temporaries as permitted
Document treatment accurately in the patient record
Explain post-op instructions and help patients understand their treatment plans
Keep operatories stocked and help manage supplies
Work as a team with front office and hygiene to keep the schedule running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
Dental assisting experience preferred; motivated candidates with less experience are welcome to apply and will be trained
Mississippi radiology certification completed
Current CPR/BLS certification completed
Strong chairside manner and genuine care for patients
Reliable, punctual, and organized
A team player who takes initiative and stays positive in a busy environment
