The Type of Dental Assistant We Want
We are looking for someone who demonstrates three critical behaviors:

Responsibilities
Assist doctors during all dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
Take radiographs and clinical photographs
Scan for crowns, nightguards, invisalign, etc.

Manage lab cases and documentation
Walk patients to and from treatment rooms
Educate patients regarding treatment and home care
Assist with referrals and follow-up tasks
Help maintain schedule efficiency and patient flow
Support teammates whenever needed
Communicate professionally with patients and team members

Schedule
Monday – Wednesday
7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
No evenings.

No weekends.

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must:
Have prior )
Hold a valid Maryland Dental Radiation Technologist (Dental X-Ray) Certification
Be legally authorized to work in the United States
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
