We're on the lookout for a motivated, tech-savvy Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, modern environment and is eager to grow with a future-forward team. Whether you're a seasoned pro with iTero or a rising star excited to learn the ropes, you’ll be trained and supported every step of the way.

What you'll Do
Assist the dentist during a wide range of procedures using the latest tools and materials
Take digital X-rays, perform intraoral scans (iTero, Medit, etc.), and capture high-quality photos for clinical and cosmetic documentation
Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols with precision
Help implement digital workflows including CEREC, 3D printing, and aligner scans
Set up and break down rooms with efficiency and attention to detail
Educate patients on post-op instructions and help ensure a seamless experience from start to finish
Participate in team huddles and contribute ideas to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently
Ideal Candidate Qualities
We're looking for someone who is:
Friendly, professional, and ready to be part of something exciting
Interested in the art and science of dentistry
Excited about working with the newest dental technology (Scanners, Lasers, CBCT, 3D Printing, Wireless Impressions, etc.)
Willing to learn and be coached – we’re big on mentorship!

A great communicator with both patients and teammates
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Loves working with people and improving lives through dentistry
Be artistic and loves to work with their hands (photography, ceramic painting, 3D designing, and more)
Requirements
Current RDA or DA license/certification in California
X-ray certification
Experience with digital scanners (iTero, Medit, CEREC, etc.) is a plus – but training will be provided
CPR certified
