Duties
Assist dentists during various procedures,
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.

Take dental radiographs when required.

Manage patient records accurately using dental software such as Tracker.

Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.

Schedule appointments, confirm patient visits, and handle administrative tasks typical of a dental receptionist role.

Ensure patient comfort by explaining procedures and addressing concerns professionally.

Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards.

Requirements
Proven experience in dental assisting, with familiarity in using Tracker preferred.

Certification or training in dental assisting is required.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing patient records and scheduling.

Excellent communication skills to interact with patients of diverse backgrounds professionally.
